The fruit cooks down with the oats, injecting that sweet brown banana flavor, brought out by a bit of cinnamon and those toasted nuts and seeds. Less food waste, more great breakfast options. You can add in your 5 minute, package-free hemp milk<\/a> to keep everything in the loop. Honestly, it might be your go-to breakfast from here on out. Simple, naturally sweet, and hearty.
