A bit of non dairy milk, cloves, star anise, and black pepper elevate the flavor of this seasonal indulgence. Not overly sweet with just a hint of maple syrup and natural apple essence. This apple chai cider is sure to become an autumnal favorite. And pairs just as well with a bite of no-bake pumpkin fudge or a ginger pomegranate lime mocktail. Cheers to that!

(You can add a bit of whiskey or rum for a really festive pour.) Enjoy with friends for your Thanksgiving celebration or an evening solo watching bad Christmukkah movies, it’s a versatile beverage.
